People we are Lucky to call Friends.
Once every other week I had a date with my childhood bestie Amanda Caruana now Kidd. We'd grab a latte takeaway and head to beautiful remote places to take photos of each other. She took photos of me in my Safia Dresses and I too photos of her with her newly published books. My bestie is a children's book writer.
I loved those days taking photos. But it's not the photos that I enjoyed most, it's what happened in between. The laughter, support, opening up about our lives and kids, the ping pong of enthusiastic ideas and suggestions we gave each other. Amanda has recently moved to live in England. I sure wish her all the best but just want to say 'Thank you for your love, I miss you soooo much and I am so proud of you.' xxxx
